Summary

The purpose of this phase III trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant treatment with pamrevlumab in combination with gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel (G/NP) when compared to treatment with G/NP alone in locally advanced, unresectable pancreatic cancer.
