Phase II (Part II) Study of High Dose Vitamin C Intravenous Infusion in Patients With Resectable or Metastatic Solid Tumor Malignancies

Summary

The purpose of part II of this phase II trial is to evaluate the safety and antitumor activity of high dose Vitamin C intravenous infusion in patients with solid tumor malignancies who are eligible for resection (cohort A) or with KRAS or BRAF mutant metastatic cancer who have received prior systemic treatment (cohort B). Biomarker testing to determine if patient is eligible for the trial must be completed prior to screening for the trial.
