Phase II Study of High Dose Vitamin C Intravenous Infusion in Patients With Resectable or Metastatic Solid Tumor Malignancies (Cohort B)

Summary

The purpose of this phase II trial (Cohort B) is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of high dose Vitamin C in patients with metastatic solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer, with extended RAS (e.g. KRAS or NRAS) or BRAF mutation and who have received prior systemic treatment.
