Note: Serious candidates should email Dr. Varadhachary at gvaradha@mdanderson.org The purpose of this phase Ib study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of Keytruda® (pembrolizumab) in combination with paricalcitol, with or without standard chemotherapy (Gemzar® (gemcitabine) and Abraxane® (nab-paclitaxel)) in patients who have resectable pancreatic cancer.
