07/24/2018 NOTE: This trial is currently enrolling into the dose escalation cohort. Some sites may have a waitlist. The purpose of this phase I study is to define the safety profile and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and preliminary efficacy of AbGn-107 in patients with chemo-refractory locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic gastric, colorectal or pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
