Phase II Study of MK-3475 in Patients With Microsatellite Unstable (MSI) Tumors

Summary

The purpose of this study is to determine whether MK-3475 (an antibody that blocks negative signals to T cells) is effective (anti-tumor activity) and safe in three different patient populations. These populations include patients with MSI positive colon cancer, MSI negative colon cancer, other MSI positive cancers. Biomarker testing to determine if patient is eligible for the trial must be completed prior to screening for the trial.
