Pilot Study of Immune Checkpoint Inhibition (Durvalumab With or Without Tremelimumab) in Combination With Radiation Therapy in Patients With Unresectable Pancreatic Cancer

Summary

The purpose of this pilot trial is to study the safety and effectiveness of durvalumab and/or tremelimumab with SBRT in patients who have been diagnosed with unresectable pancreatic cancer who have not responded to chemotherapy. This trial has three distinct patient cohorts (Groups A, B, and C). Group A will receive durvalumab in combination with radiation. Group B will receive tremelimumab in combination with radiation. Group C will receive durvalumab and tremelimumab in combination with radiation. This trial is currently recruiting for Group C.
