Phase Ib/II Open Label, Two-Part Study to Investigate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Clinical Activity of the MEK Inhibitor Trametinib and the BCL2-Family Inhibitor Navitoclax (ABT-263) in Combination in Patients with KRAS Mutation-Positive Advanced Solid Tumors Including Pancreatic, Colon, Rectal, and Lung Cancers

Summary

The purpose of this phase I/II trial is to study the side effects and best dose of trametinib and navitoclax in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body. Trametinib and navitoclax may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biomarker testing to determine if patient is eligible for the trial must be completed prior to screening for the trial.
