Phase I Clinical Trial of Personalized Neoantigen Tumor Vaccines and Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) Blockade in Patients With Surgically Resected Pancreatic Cancer

Summary

The purpose of this phase I study is to evaluate the safety of treating pancreatic cancer with surgery to remove cancerous tissue, followed by atezolizumab, followed by a personalized cancer vaccine (PCV), and then with chemotherapy.
